PICONET TO PICTONET COMMUNICATION

Hi all,
As I am new to this technology. I want to know, can one
bluetooth device (SAY BT1) in a piconet (SAY PICONET 1) can communicate
to other bluetooth device (SAY BT2) in some other piconet (SAY PICONET
2), which is out of its range.
