How to pair a Nokia 770 Tablet with a SonyEricsson P-910a phone?

Dear friends:

How to pair a Nokia 770 Tablet with a SonyEricsson P-910a phone?

When I try to do it, the Nokia 770 sees the phone, through Bluetooth,
without any problem, but always fails to pair with it.

I had no problem, however, to pair an HP-4150 PocketPC PDA to the same
SonyEricsson phone. Maybe the problem is that the Nokia Tablet has
Bluetooth 1.2 and the SonyEricsson phone, like the HP PDA, has
Bluetooth 1.1

Any hint?
