Bluetooth Headset Ear Pieces?

Is there a place I might find universal over-the-head pieces?

I got an iogear headset that has only ONE ear piece available - it
keeps falling off. They have no other choices, apparently.

Not even Plantronics offers more than one choice for their BT headset.
How disappointing! If I can't find a better way to secure it, I'm going
to send it back. Otherwise it fits great. I just always seem to have a
fight with over-the-ear hooks.

Any suggestion of a more customizable/comfortable headset?

Oh, yeah, my phone is an LG Eletronics basic cell phone - not BT. I
have a bluetooth jabra adapter that will supposedly let me use a
headset with it. I also want to use it for pc communications like
skype and teamspeak.
