Best Software for BT

I have a copy of Blue Soleil 1.4.9.5 that I use with a USB BT dongle
which I think is type I, but recently got a Thinkpad T42 with built-in
BT and the IBM software for that is less intuitive. What software
offers the best interface in your opinion and should I ditch the Type
3 software for the Type 1 Blue Soleil What do you think?
