keep having to enter code!

I'm using a SE T610 with a Belkin BT dongle on a desktop PC and every time I
use the BT connection it asks for a security code. Long story, but I never
had to do this in the past and I'd like to not have to do it in the future -
how do I setup the connection so I don't have to do this?
