BT & Motorola V620

Can anyone help me?
When I plug my new SIM card 128K the file transfer via BlueTooth (Phone OBEX
file transfer)
doesn't work anymore. If I Plug back the old 16K sim the file transfer works
again...
Thanks in advance for Your suggestions.
