Cellink BTH6023-C and Bluetooth Dongle (using IVT Bluesoleil)

I'm very new to bluetooth. Have a Class 1 USB Bluetooth Dongle in my PC.
Came with IVT Bluesoleil software. Just got a Cellink BTH6023-C headset over
ebay and want to get it working with Skype.

I can "pair" them up using Bluesoleil and using this software they seem to
connect for between 23 and 25 secs (every time!) and this disconnects.

Am I doing something wrong here? Any help appreciated.
