Need some advice here

I am using a Sony Ericsson K700I cellphone and I have a Vivanco BT20SB
Bluetooth headset. The strange thing is that the phone recognizes it all
the time and makes the connection between itself and the headset, but
sometimes I can't voicedial (although that is installed properly as it
has worked before) or get a call on my headset.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do about this ?
