bluetrek G2 Headset Cable

It has come with the a case, a car charger, a 3pin charger and another cable
labelled simply labelled "Bluetrek Cable-1"
Can anyone explain what this cable is? It has one end that fits into the
charging socket on the headset and the other end looks a lot like a network
cable or RJ11 cable.
Can anyone who has this clarify what exactly this cable is, and what it is
used for?
