send an receive pictures over centralized bluetooth device

I have to ask - for what purpose, Bluetooth only supports ranges <100m, and
your only allowed upto 7 users per pico net.

Basically the only profile I can think of that would do what your after
would be the LAN profile, but your after a specific application for the Lan
profile, ie sharing pictures.

Other profiles that may be of consideration: is the send file profile, make
each file either a picture or a text message, but you want a pre-built
system, no such system is likely to exist; basically for the reason - why
type when shouting works better.
