Are you trying to use PC Suite itself or just the built in Bluetooth
support?

The only way to see the files on the phone is through PC Suite, but you
can transfer files both ways with XP SP2s bluetooth file transfer wizard.

For PC Suite:
1. Right-Click mRouter in the system tray ->
"Connect to a Bluetooth Device"
2. The XP bluetooth support then scans for local bluetooth devices.
Choose your device from the list
3. mRouter should start flashing as it connects.
When mRouter settles down to Green and Blue start up PC Suite
4. PC Suite should then connect to the phone and you can use the
"File Transfer" tab on the left to get it to display the local
and phone directory tree and files.
5. Select files and press the Arrow or drag and drop from the top
or bottom pane.

For XP SP2 bluetooth:
The file transfer wizard is called fsquirt.exe. You can find a
shortcut to it from All Programs->Accessories->Communications->
"Bluetooth file transfer Wizard", alternatively you can enable
the bluetooth system tray icon. Control Panel->Bluetooth Devices->
Options->"Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area"

The wizard must be running for you to be able to receive a file.

From the system tray icon you can Right click and choose "Receive
a File" or if starting from a shortcut you have to click through
the Wizard and choose "Receive a file" on the second step.

When the wizard is waiting for a file, initiate the transfer from
your phone. When the transfer completes the wizard will ask you
where you want to save the file.
