T-Mobile USA is cheapest if it works in your area. 39.99 for 600
anytime minutes, unlimited 9pm nights and unlimited weekends. Another
20.00/month and you can get unlimited palm/laptop/phone connectivity.
Cingular also has the mediaworks plan for 19.99 added to any plan, which
also comes with 1500 sms and 200 picture messages as well as the same
connectivity as T-Mobile. It was supposed to be a promoton ending about
now though.
