Looking for BT/Bluetooth adapter and headset combination for PC/Computer

I am looking for a BT USB adapter and BT headset combination for my
Windows based PC to replace my speakers and mic. All the BT headsets
claim to work with cell phone, but none claims to work in PC
environment. Can any experienced users let me know which combination
will work on my PC. Tks
