Encoding for Video Streaming Pocket PC via Bluetooth

(I hope this is the correct forum to use!)
Sorry if this has been answered before, but....
I've got an IPAQ 1945 Pocket PC with Bluetooth support which I have
networked with my Desktop PC (P4)via Bluetooth and network mapped with
Resco Explorer & Pocket MVP so I can stream audio files from desktop
PC to IPAQ with no probs.
What I would now want to do is stream video (eg ripped DVDs) from my
desktop PC through to my IPAQ via bluetooth.
I've used this guide:

but the films are choppy over bluetooth.
My question is this: Can it be done & what settings will I need to
use? (biterate etc)
Any help would be most appreciated.
