Motorola syn 9006 Headset - can I use it as a windows headset?

Has anyone manged to get a motorola syn 9006 headset to pair with
windows?

I can't get windows to discover my headset when I follow the procedure
in the manual.

I am using the widcomm drivers version 1.4.3.4 and a billionton USB
dongle.
