ipaq 4150, which phone?

i have to buy a bluetooth phone and use it as a gprs modem for my ipaq
4150.
I want just gprs+bt functions and i'm looking at sony t68i and siemens
s55, slightly preferring the siemens 'cause it has a class 8 gprs.
By the way a guy at a shop told me the siemens has a very buggy bluetooth
connectivity... is that true?
Do you know other phones suitable for my needs costing around 150 euros?
