Bluetooth Broadcast

Hi, Networkguy.

If you want to send broadcast messages to other devices, your device
needs to implement a PAN profile. Other devices which receive
broadcast messages must implement a PAN profile of course. In this
case, unicast messages on the IP level are sent to each connected
devices separately. This seems to be a broadcast artificially.

If your device connects to other devices by using PAN profile, you can
broadcast to other devices by any software which has a broadcast
functionality running on the TCP/IP.
