T-mobile sidekick pda and Java Chat

I just had the tmobile 800 rep tell me the t-mobile sidekick will load
and run java chat rooms and that you can yahoo chat like any other
browser.... IS THIS TRUE AND POSSIBLE. That device is not running
Windows CE or an IE like browser??? HOW??? Somebody please confirm
this is BS.
