Ipaq and Nokia 6310i

Can someone tell me how you can transfer numbers from a 6310I to an Ipaq
5550?

I get a phone disconnect message every time I accept the incoming connection
from the Ipaq.

Instead of transfering them one-by-one, you could try synchronizing them all
at once through MS Outlook, Lotus Notes or other compatible application.
