T610 Text to PC using BT possible? How? Daft Question?

Posted: 02-17-2004, 02:12 PM
Hello all

Apologies if this has already been addressed but I'm having problems trying
transfer text messages from the above SE phone to my PC (I haven't delved
into synchronisation etc.).

I've set-up a Belkin BT adaptor and can transfer pictures, themes etc to my
PC. However, when I use the "print via bluetooth" option I do get a new
email in outlook express - I do not get any text, just a blank email.

I also get a dialogue box indicating that a transfer has been successful and
that the connection used is the PIM file transfer service.

Is the print via bluetooth option purely there for printers (I could add an
adaptor to my Epson R300 I guess) or should it be possible to transfer
text/sms messages to a WinXP PC from a T610 using BT? I'd like to be able to
save some text messages on a PC without printing them off if possible.

TIA

BillL

Just downloaded FloAt's Mobile Agent and installed - does everything I want
it to do (just haven't figured out if it'll let me synchronise with OE yet).
