You may be able to get a download from the manufatures website,
quality manauctures such as TDK, provide good driver support for their
products.

You could face trouble getting the widcomm stack working if you don't
get it from the manufacture of your dongle, the bluetooth hardware has
a module secuity code which needs to match the code in the stack.

By the way, 1.4.x.x is the latest version that some manufacures have
available, main difference from 1.3.x is HID support is now included
