Where does Widcomm store Trusted Devices?

Posted: 02-08-2004, 12:05 PM
Hi group,

does somebody know where the info about the trusted devices is stored (W2k,
Wxp, v1.4.2.10 )?
I searched for it 'user specific' (e.g. under C:\Documents and
Settings\<user>\Bluetooth Software ...) or in the registry, but couldn't
find it.

You can use the MS DK for Bluetooth to access them?

Oliver,

Sorry, for some reason I thought your question was to do with the Microsoft
drivers.
Widcomm "known" devices are stored at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Widcomm\BTConfig\Devic es
Those devices with a "LinkKey" value are trusted / paired.

Hope this helps.
