BMW Bluetooth and Nokia 6600...

The 6600 does not work with the BMW car kit, having tried it myself. The phone pairs up with the car, but does not transfer the phone book accross, nor does the audio transfer from the phone to the car. I ended up with a Sony Ericsson Z600, which works very well. Phone book transfers into car, audio quality is excellent. However, you currently can't get a holder for it, so it doesn't rechange or use the external antenna on the car. Other phones that work are the SE T610, SE T68i (although some firmware versions have sound quality problems), and the Nokia 6310i. The new SE T630 will most likely work, as it's basically a T610 with a better screen. Other phones that don't work: SE P800 & P900 - No handsfree profile. This from Sony Ericsson's own Knowledgebase. Nokia were completely useless at helping me, as they were not really interested as the car kit was not made by Nokia. I believe, (but may be wrong), that the car kit is a Parrot CK4000 - http://www.parrot.fr Regards, Frank
