Blue Snarfing and Blue Nibbling

I am currently researching the above, as I have read that the major
Bluetooth developers don't believe the above can be done. I have had a
look on Google and seen some programs for Linux which allegedly allow
you to hack someones bluetooth appliance.
Has anyone had any success with snarfing or nibbling?
Is there any software for palm or windows in order to do this?
and are there any good websites about this type of practice.
