bluetooth SOC w/ support for GNU toolchain?

Hello,

Looking for a bluetooth system-on-a-chip and associated development
kit (aka evaluation board) which has support for the GNU toolchain.
Such a system exist or am I pipe dreaming? Application: remote
sensor.
