Bluetooth Range on Clie TG50

I am thinking about setting up a bluetooth network in my house and was
wondering what the range is for bluetooth on the Clie TG50.

also it is not that reliable going through walls or ceilings, if you need to
connect to something directly above. i think the next gen of b/tooth
devices/dongles are soon to be on sale and I think, please correct me if i'm
wrong, they will have an increased range of up to 100metres.

Class 2 devices already go up to 100m. Most handheld devices like phones and
PDAs are Class 1, 10m devices. Some people say that you get more range with
a Class 2 dongle and a Class 1 phone. I am not so sure about that but maybe
you get some extended range beyond 10m.
