Anyone know where I can buy a cradle and ac adapter for this headset in the
UK?
Or does someone have one for sale?

The UK part of the Danish company that own Jabra, GN Netcom, can be
contacted on the following number:
01784 220 140

I spoke to a very nice lady called Rosemary who was very helpful. I
believe the AC adapter can be bought direct from them at about £15.
