The "hub" that came with the devices has the advantage that it has some logic to connect to the mouse and keyboard built right in, so that you can use those without any special software support. But as I guess the mouse will use the Bluetooth HID profile: Sure, it's possible. If the software is widcomm based then you'll have to find if they have already released drivers with version 1.4.
