Someone was having trouble Networking a T3 w/BT to a PC - It can be done!

Greetings,

I was reading a response to a posting (can't remember the exact NG) and the
poster indicated that they could not get a Palm T3 networked with their PC
via Bluetooth. They indicated that Palm support did not support this type of
connection and offered no help.

Well I got around to configuring my new Belkin USB Bluetooth dongle into my
Win XP desktop. The key is creating the proper Connection on the Palm unit
and selecting it for use with Networking. While I didn't enable ICS, I was
able to make a network connection with the PC via Bluetooth.

I basically followed the Bluetooth Guide on Geekzone and while the Prefs
screen shots are not the same as Prefs for the Tungsten T3 the concept is
still the same. If you have any questions as to how I set things up, please
let me know and I'll try and help you out.
