Network access for S55 via dongle

about with the software notice a "network access" option.
Is it possible to get the S55 to use bluetooth to access the
internet/emails via my pc when it's in range? It seems to want me to use
ICS, but I'm already behind NAT on my broadband router, so I'm not sure
if that will work.
I'm using an MSI PC2PC dongle, and the supplied software.
