Telus Service Problems. If leaked to the press will be bad for stock.

This is the guy who is
responsible for phones being out for so long. This is the guy that is
responsible for setting up communication between stores and service
centres, he has made the process so slow and unorganized that nobody at
Telus knows where the phones are half the time. Because of this the
stores are left to fend for themselves, with customers phones
dissapearing for weeks and weeks on end without any sort of explanation
to the store from the service centre. When you, the client decide to
get angry at the service rep that has no control over when your phone
comes back, think again, call this guy, this is the guy in charge of
this messed up system. When the stores are unable to send your phone in
for repair cause a tiny little litmus paper is a little pink, don't yell
at the service rep, call this guy, it's his rule. When you can't get
any answer as to where your phone is, call this guy, he's in charge, if
anybody should know, he should, and if he doesn't, ask him why. And
when the service rep is not allowed to take your name down for a waiting
list even though they're ALWAYS out of loaners, call this guy, it's his
policy that there are no waiting lists.
Maybe you the customer can get somewhere with him, cause god
knows if anyone from the stores calls for help, he'll talk down to you
and refer you to look at policies that have no relevance to the issue at
hand. He believes in the philosophy that if you just tell a customer
the phone will take 6-8 weeks to repair the customer will be OK with it,
and if they are not, than you have not done your job.
Let's let him have a taste, maybe he'll get off his butt and
improve the service situation at Telus.
