Which BT USB dongle works with Win98 First Ed?
Posts: n/a 98 First Edition doesn't support Bluetooth at all. Is that really the case? Does anyone here have a Win98FE platform successfully running a BT USB dongle? I guess if youcan get round this, either by upgrading to Win 98 SE (or later) or getting a more expensive (and slow) serial dongle.. but correct me if im wrong.. Thanks for the responses so far.It does look as though my best bet is to bite the bullet and move to Win98SE -- but I was trying to avoid that on cost grounds! (Since Win98 is quite satisfactory for everything else I do.) Guess I'm also a little peeved that the box for the BTD-2403 did actually refer to 'Windows 98' rather than Windows 98SE. Stu C
