Did you try left clicking (or double clicking as the case may be)? Is it
possible that you have loaded some new software, not necessarily Bluetooth,
that could have corrupted your BT install?

Is Setup the Bluetooth Setup Wizard or the "Install" Setup?

Worse case, I'd reinstall the sw.
