I have one. The Jabra BT200 FreeSpeak FS2.5mm302. I tried to connect it to
my desk phone except that the Jabra (and I guess all headsets for cellular
phones?) is a 4 conductor jack where the cordless phone and deskset jack is
a 3 conductor one - like a 3/32 stereo plug. So when I tried, it didn't
work.

Am I reading this correct that you have a 2.5mm adapter, but no the
phone?

Which adapter is this?

Again, I am looking for just an adapter, not a whole kit with the
headset. I already have that.

I may have found something!

The Audio Gateway Dongle (AG Dongle) from a company called PrimeNet.
The next hurdle is finding out where to get this.
